Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery of your order. In most cases shipments will be UPS. Smaller items will be shipped by USPS. Drop shipments are by UPS ground only. Because of weight and shipping costs, most Double K items will be shipped direct from the factory. If Double K has a product that is temporarily out of stock, delivery time may be extended.

If we or one of our manufacturers do not have your items in stock we will notify you by email with additional options to consider.

If you are not satisfied with the product and it has not been used you may return for full credit less our actual shipping cost. The product must be returned in the original container with all instructions, warranties, etc. and you must enclose a statement explaining the reason for returning the product.

The product must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
